Who I Am

I am an explorer at the crossroads of technology, human behavior, and transformation. As an engineer from NIT Warangal and a strategist refined at IIM Calcutta, my 22-year professional journey has spanned product innovation, organizational leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration. Yet, beneath the surface of this journey lies a deeper, driving force: an insatiable curiosity to uncover the mechanisms that shape human behavior and experience.

Who I Am

The Turning Point

What started as a pursuit of engineering precision evolved into a profound exploration of the human condition. I realized that even the most advanced algorithms and meticulously designed systems often falter without a deep understanding of the people who use them. While my technical training equipped me to solve problems, understanding the human element demanded a more nuanced, interdisciplinary lens.

The Turning Point

My Mission

My work is about peeling back the layers to reveal the intricate dance between our evolutionary past and present struggles. It’s not about quick fixes but creating sustainable change rooted in understanding. I aim to bridge the gap between scientific insights and practical applications, helping individuals and organizations thrive.

But above all, I am guided by this quote below

...if you think about the very nature of life, from the very beginning, the sole purpose of life has been to pass on what was learned. There was no higher purpose...

Beyond the Professional Persona

Beyond work, I live with the same curiosity that drives my professional pursuits. Jazz music teaches me about improvisation, reading expands my perspectives, and cooking becomes a meditation on creativity. As a father to a 12-year-old daughter, I am constantly reminded of the beauty and complexity of human connection.
